Crusha Queens Jubilee Event Competition

By submitting your answer to the competition question, along with your details at www.crusha.co.uk, you will be entered to win tickets to the Jubilee Family Festival in Hyde Park.

There will be 8 winners in total:

4 winners will win 4 entry tickets to the festival on Saturday 2nd June.

4 winners will win 4 entry tickets to the festival on Sunday 3rd June.

All participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.


Terms and Conditions:

1. Closing date for entries is Wednesday 16th May 2012.

2. The prize consists of tickets to the Jubilee Family Festival in Hyde Park for a party of four people - either on Saturday 2nd June or Sunday 3rd June. Winners will not be able to choose the date of the festival tickets.

3. The prize does not include travel to the festival or any food and drink.

4. 1 entry per person.

5. No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw.

6. The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies in the Silver Spoon Group and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

7. The winners may be asked to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes.

8. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter.

9. There is no prize or cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.

10. Winners will be notified via email on Friday 18th May 2012 and tickets will be posted to the winners home address following receipt of the notification email.

11. In the event that the Promoter (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact the winner within a reasonable period of the draw, then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.

12. The winner's name and county will be available 1 month after the closing date, on request.

13. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We advise printing and retaining a copy of these terms and conditions for reference.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to www.crusha.co.uk or the e-newsletter (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant The Silver Spoon Company a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in The Silver Spoon Company's Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant to The Silver Spoon Company the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to The Silver Spoon Company.

Further to the above paragraph, by submitting your contribution to The Silver Spoon Company,
you:
1. warrant that your contribution;
1.i) is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to The Silver Spoon Company for all the purposes specified above;
1.ii) is not defamatory; and
1. iii) does not infringe any law; and
1. iv) indemnify The Silver Spoon Comapny against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by The Silver Spoon Company as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
1. v) waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on www.silverspoon.co.uk, the e-newsletter and the purposes specified above.

GENERAL:
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on www.silverspoon.co.uk then the latter shall prevail. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

APPLICABLE LAW: This Site is controlled and operated by The Silver Spoon Company from its offices in England. Any claim in relation to the information on this Site shall be governed by the Laws of England, with English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
