Christmas Recipe Competition Winner

Melting Snowman Laya Dessert

Ingredients:

1 Packet of Crusha Laya Puds
6 Marshmallows
1 Liquorice wheel
Red/green chocolate buttons or m&m's
1 orange rainbow drop for nose
Chocolate spread

Method

1. Mix up the jelly as instructed on the packet and put in the fridge to set.

2. Then set mix up the whipped dessert mix and add to the top of the jelly.

3. Chop up white marshmallows to use on the top of the dessert mix for snow.

4. Stick 2/3 marshmallows together using chocolate spread.

5. Make your snowman face with chocolate spread and use the orange rainbow drop as the nose.

6. Top it off with a liquorice hat. (use a cocktail stick to make it stay, but if you do this don't forget to remove it before eating!)

7. Throw in some red/green chocolate beans/m&m's for a christmassy colour.
